Return Policy

Our Return Philosophy
We want you to love your gift! However, we have specific policies depending on the product type.

1. Personalised Products
Note: Due to the custom nature of personalised items (items with names, dates, or photos), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Personalised Products
For standard, non-customized items, we have a seven day return policy, which means you have six days after receiving your item to request a return.

3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return: Contact us at support@giffy.life. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.


Refund Policy

1. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

2. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@giffy.life.

3. Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Personalised Orders: Can only be cancelled within 1 hours of placing the order. Once the customisation process has begun, we cannot cancel the order.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will initiate the exchange process and the exchanged product will be delivered to you in  next 7 days. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: GreenRidge Appartment flat no-002 groung floor Badu Road Abdalpur Madhyamgram.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
