Welcome to Giffy.life. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website giffy.life and the purchase of products from our online gift shop. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. General Conditions
By accessing this website, you warrant and represent to us that:

You are accessing the website from India or countries where we ship
All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
2. Products and Pricing
2.1 Product Information
We make every effort to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product color or appearance.
2.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will inform you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment
2.3 Personalized Products
For personalized gifts (items with names, photos, dates, or custom text), you are responsible for ensuring all spellings, dates, images, and details provided are correct
Giffy.life is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process
Once personalization work has begun, orders cannot be cancelled
Please allow 3-5 business days for production of personalized items before shipping
- Any product that needs to be customised please drop a email on our email id or on our contact number, our team reach out and customise the product.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an “offer” to purchase products from us
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity
Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched
3.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement
We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and other payment methods displayed on our checkout page
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details
GST invoices will be provided for all orders
3.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations
Standard Products: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@giffy.life
Personalized Products: Can only be cancelled within 6 hours of order placement. Once customization work has begun, cancellation is not possible
Any modifications to orders must be requested within 24 hours and are subject to approval
Refunds for cancelled orders (where eligible) will be processed within 5-7 business days
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout.
4.2 Delivery Timeline
Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metro cities for orders placed before 2:00 PM
Express Delivery: 2-4 business days
Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
Personalized Products: Additional 3-5 days for production before shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, festivals, etc.).
4.3 Shipping Address
Ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers
Address changes after order placement may not be possible once the order is dispatched
4.4 Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us and no refund will be provided.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
5.1 Return Eligibility
Non-Personalized Products: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact
Personalized Products: Due to the custom nature, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery
5.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@giffy.life
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange for replacement or refund as per our assessment
5.3 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective/damaged products
6. Intellectual Property
All content on giffy.life, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Giffy.life or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without our express written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Use the website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
Engage in fraudulent activity or impersonate another person
Scrape, copy, or data mine our website content
Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Giffy.life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.)
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The website is free from viruses or harmful components
